​Eleni has over 15 years’ experience as a lawyer and executive advising clients on complex, high-stakes legal, governance and workplace issues.
A former General Counsel and Company Secretary at the National Rugby League, Eleni led the Legal and Corporate Governance functions for the organisation and oversaw a cross-functional team comprising Legal, Integrity and Compliance, Risk, Wellbeing and Education and People and Culture functions. Prior to this, Eleni held roles as the General Counsel and Company Secretary for an ASX listed company and at a multinational technology business. She has also worked in private practice at top-tier law firms in Sydney and London.
Eleni’s experience spans a range of industries and sectors, and includes: workplace and regulatory investigations, corporate governance and board advisory, executive employment and separations, media, intellectual property and technology, organisational culture and reputation risk management.
